In order to develop the leadership qualities among the students and train them in organizational and managerial skills, a very elaborate arrangement has been made. All the students of the school have been grouped in the following four houses:-

Each house will work under the supervision of a group of teachers and shall have a President, Vice President, General Secretary and Treasurer Each house shall be allotted a part of the building and some lawns for maintenance. Each house shall be responsible for conducting and organizing the morning assembly for a week in rotation. Inter House Competitions will be organized in the various field like cultural programme, sports, painting contests, declamation contests and writing contests. Each house will raise its own funds through contribution of Rs. 5/- per student per month and make collection for organizing its activities.

In order to inspire nationalistic feelings and create sense of social responsibility among the students. Netaji Bal Sena has been organized in the school. it will have organized various activities to create awareness among the students, about their duties towards the society and ways to confront problems in life. It will raise its own funds and manage its own affairs. It shall have its executive body selected out of students and headed by a president. A senior teacher will act as the adviser and Incharge of this Bal Sena. In order to organizse the various activities Netaji Bal Sena has following wings:
